Time: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM PDT
Event Description:

We all know that investing in our employees creates loyalty, increases job satisfaction, and helps with retention, and there is no better time to kick off the new decade with a little training. I want to let you know about an exciting series of workshops we have coming up that we hope will help with fill some of your training needs. It seems that the technical or “hard” skills are much easier to teach than what we often to refer to as “soft” skills; however, the soft skills are absolutely essential.  This Business Consortium was created to help you fill those gaps and was designed to be offered in a flexible manner so multiple employees can participate. With the special we are offering, if you buy one membership, or seat, you get a second one at no additional cost, and you can send any two employees to any of the workshops. You may have one employee who has been recently promoted and could use some tips on how to transition from being a buddy to becoming a boss, and you may have another who can benefit from some help with time management. You get to decide which of your employees attend each of the six workshops.

We have numerous types of training we can offer in essential skills that range from basic customer service to advanced leadership. We can also develop training for the technical skills. We would love to hear from you what your specific needs are so we can continue to offer the most relevant training for you and the community, as we strive to be a great community partner and are here to serve you.
