Patrick McGaughey is an international business consultant, speaker and certified professional facilitator. He earned his business credentials in broadcasting and rebuilding three Chambers of Commerce in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
As a leader and innovator during his career in the Chamber of Commerce, Pat developed the first "Tiered Dues" membership format which is now the standard in the industry.
He is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management where he also served as a regular faculty member for 20 years.
As a business planning facilitator, Pat has served over 400 Chambers of Commerce, Industry Associations, Non-Profit Organizations and of course, private industry clients.
Included in his facilitation services, Pat provides informative training to help boards engage with a practical understanding of their leadership roles and responsibilities while serving on the board of directors.
As a speaker Pat has addressed hundreds of business audiences and thousands of people on topics of personal and professional performance in leadership, management, marketing and sales.
