Event Description:

Due to the COVID-19 regulation the format of this race has changed.  We WILL be having our Spring Dash, but it will be a virtual race!  As a virtual race, people will be able to run on their own time, so that event will be open April 18 - 30.

Join us for the 38th Annual Spring Dash in beautiful downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho! Typically the Spring Dash is a five-mile run through Sander's Beach and down Coeur d'Alene Lake Drive, and back to McEuen Park. Spring Dash includes an untimed Tot Trot for kiddos under 10 and is a qualifier for Bloomsday's Second Seeding.  Join in on the fun of this great community tradition!

Location:
McEuen Park, downtown Coeur d'Alene. The start/finish line is next to the Pavilion in the park. The route primarily follows the Centennial Trail.
Date/Time Information:
Packet pick-up is Friday, April 17th, Noon-6pm at Fleet Feet downtown Coeur d'Alene. On race day, Spring Dash events are as follows:
8:00am - Late registration and packet pickup 
9:00am - Tot Trot (kiddos 10 and under)
9:30am - Main Spring Dash race start
10:45am - Awards presentations

Fees/Admission:
Adult registration is $25 and youth (17 and under) is $20. Prices go up by $5 on 4/7/20. Tot Trot (10 & under) is $8 and $10 after 4/7.
